Our full Interior Design service will provide you with a more bespoke one on one service from concept to completion. Our understanding and experience will help us to improve the existing layout of your space, functionality and create a cohesive aesthetic which will be to your specific requirements, taking into consideration your lifestyle, personal taste and needs.
In order for you to have an exclusive design experience, we have the following design process to ensure we provide you with an efficient and in depth design service that has been divided into the following stages.
The Brief
The aim of the brief is to evaluate the concept design requirements for your project, to be able to prepare and present design concepts for initial review and approval. We do this through conducting a site survey, to establish the functional design criteria, establish the budget, produce spatial planning options which will be reviewed by our clients in a document presentation.
Concept Development
At this stage the design concept is more developed and drawn from the approved concepts presented in the brief. Documents are prepared which include initial spatial layouts and furniture plans as well as concepts for lighting, colour, materials, and finishes. A selection of suggested furniture and joinery will also be presented with samples, which will be approved by our clients using a collaborative approach.
Design Development
This stage is an extension of the concept development where architectural documents, furniture specifications, art curation and accessories are prepared for approval and implementation. The following will be incorporated in to an architectural/design documentation package, which will include finalised interior architecture drawings with a breakdown of all FF&E costs in line with our clients budget.
Installation
This is the final stage of the design process where a schedule of works will be outlined and agreed upon by our client. Once the work commences, we will project manage with regular on-site meetings to ensure our designs are being implemented to their precise specifications and the project is progressing as planned. Upon completion we will do a walk through and snagging for quality control to ensure our client is satisfied at the end of the project.
